An Ideal Place to Locate Your Business

Located in Randolph at the geographical center of Vermont, Green Mountain Center will be developed on two parcels of land totaling 170 acres. As you can see from the aerial photograph, the land is at Exit 4 of Interstate 89. Both parcels have excellent visibility with frontage on I-89 and Vermont Route 66.

Randolph is well-suited for commerce with easy access to major highways, rail lines and airports. Amtrak and the Central Vermont rail line run through Randolph providing convenient shipping by rail. The Lebanon, (NH) Regional Airport, the Knapp State Airport and Burlington International Airport provide direct and connecting flights to all major East Coast airports and cities.

Randolph has one great resource for area business and industry which other towns do not have: Vermont Technical College. The College educates and trains a high-quality work force through its ten programs in engineering technology and applied science. Even more importantly, the College's Center for Business and Industry provides customized job training and tailored training programs in coordination with and to meet the needs of area industry. Its active cultural life revolves around the Chandler Music Hall, a beautifully restored 19th-century opera house, which features regular series of chamber music, jazz and popular concerts, plays and musicals.

The Montague Golf Course, one of Vermont's oldest, can provide a challenging round of golf in the summer. Stowe, Killington, Sugarbush and other major Vermont ski areas are close by, providing the finest downhill skiing in the East. The Three Stallion Inn and and the Green Mountain Sports Center, located on 1,300 acres, feature cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tennis, mountain and bike riding, providing year-round recreation.

Four nearby colleges--Dartmouth College, the University of Vermont, Norwich University and Vermont Technical College--add exciting cultural events and college sports action to the regular events of the area. And Dartmouth's Hopkins Center has plays, concerts or films virtually every night.
